A Night with the Dolphins

Hi everybody!

I had a great evening on the 30th of September! I saw dolphins!
It was a little scary, they were sooo huge! but I was safely tucked under my buddy boys arm so I wasn't all that scared.

You should have seen the dolphin that was walking about out- doors, and I thought to my self "That's Re-dikorus Dolphins don't take a walk in the park!" take a look at the pic if you don't believe me. And you know what? Jordan thought the same.

Anyway, Jordan & I played a game with the dolphins and we won, we got to go touch Jerry the dolphin too. boy was he bigger than I imagined!
We Had a fun time, and daddy sure knows how to pick cool spots!

This is the day Jordan dressed up as a sailor, along with his friends. Jordan's Nanna stitched the sailor suit for him.

Jordan also had to dress up as a cartoon character. Guess who Jordan dressed up as?
Me... T-I double guh... Mummy only painted all my stripes on my little friend. Hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo!

This is the day Jordan  went to the Sharjah Aquarium with his friends!
Can you see the little boy at the end who is not bending to look at the fish since he's been here before..

FYI, I still do go to nursery with Jordan - But usually sit along with the lunch box in Jordan's school bag

Number Plate Fun

Last Saturday, after evening Mass, Jordan had the greatest idea and he dragged me along too....

He was counting from One to Ten on the number plates of the cars parked on the way back to our car!

• First a white car - Only had 1 & 2
• Next a silver car - Didn't have the next number in the sequence
• A third red car - 3, 4 & 5 on the number plate
• Fourth, another white car - Luckily had 6, 7, 8 on the plate
• Finally, a blue car - with 9 & 1 (to make 10) and a tiny zero on the plate

Jordan was a Happy Boy, after counting from 1 to 10. But Daddy was wishing that there were just two cars with 1 to 10 numbers in sequence.

I can't wait to drive to Mass next Friday, to see how many cars Jordan will need to check to find numbers:

Too Pricey

Hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo! My buddy boy is counting!

Yup, He's counting and the numbers on every price tag and billboard are not spared. The other day he was at Carrefour and each and every label was read out... But I was there hanging by my tail verifying that my buddy boy got all the numbers right!

Jordan's favorite number is "2"! and any "2" around him is not spared mention.


One, two, three, four, five.
Once I caught a Tigger alive,
Six, seven, eight, nine ,ten,
Then I let it go again.
Why did you let it go?
Because it bit my finger so.
Which finger did it bite?
This little finger on the right.

I've been quite busy for a while with my daily Nursery trips. I walk in proudly each day to school along with Jordan, but come back home napping in his bag (yup, there's food in there)...

TTFN (Ta Ta For Now)

This little Tigger went to Market

This little Tigger went to market,
This little Jordan pushed a cart,
Not-so-little Mummy picked her veges,
Not-so-little Daddy paid the bill.
And this little Jordan went...
"Yipee yipee yipee" all the way home...

P.S. - For those who can't see me, I'm under the carrots and samaposha Mummy got!

Independence

Hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo! My buddy boy is off to school!

Today (13th June 2010) my boy Jordan went to school. The best part was he took me with him too!

ohhh.. he was a very brave boy. I know little boys are supposed to cry when they leave mummy and Daddy. well guess what? Jordan did too. but only for a little while. I held on tight to him all the way to school.

However, Jordan soon dried his tears and what do you know, we actually had fun.

There were swings, slides and lots of new stuff so who wouldn't!?

But Mummy & Daddy came too soon & we had to go back home. (well we were silently glad they did come when they did.)

And we got a lolly pop too! yum.... yum....

Daily Rain Dance

This is about my daily rain dance with Daddy (well mostly its Jordan's)...

My daily bedtime wash comes with a little dance - the rain dance.
I hang on Jordan's hand by my tail.
I swing a bit & Jordan gigles a bit.
Together we get on Daddy's lap.

Daddy takes us up once to touch the cool north winds (Air-conditioning vent that is)...

Then we touch the sky thrice in a row!
One...
Jordan puts his right hand and touches the clouds (the ceiling that is)
Two...
Jordan's head touches the sky
Three...
I touch the sky
And finally
We land in mummy's arms!

I sit around on the ledge while my buddy splashes in the tub with the rain (shower that is)
He brushes his teeth and scrubs his feet and soon we are clean and ready for bed.

Good Night and Sweet dreams....

The Flask Story

One particular day I was feeling very bouncy.
Mummy had just gone to the kitchen to get Jordan some milk.
We were feeling too bored waiting for her on the bed, so we decided to go see what was taking her so long!

Jordan tucked me under his arm, put one of his feet firmly on the floor, and then the next.
There! we were finally on the floor!
We tipi-toed to the kitchen and I bounced, bounced high!
Only I didn't expect to break mummy's flask. :(

But it was a mistake, so Mummy shook her head, took us both back to the bedroom and here, my buddy had a tummy full of milk!
